“I initiated the Pandemic Polyphony project from Providence, RI in March of 2020, just after lockdown went into effect across the US. The idea was to establish a sort of game — a fun and stimulating back and forth between musician friends; an exchange of ideas and a way to keep energy circulating in the ether as we toiled in solitude at home with our instruments.  Since then I have expanded the original concept to include creators of all kinds. I invite YOU — visual artists, writers, musicians, cooks, ANYONE — to enter into creative connection and conversation; to spin anticipation, curiosity, deep listening, and a reverence for the unexpected across physical distance and separation, winding a web of interconnected creative energy — i.e. life force energy — amidst a global pandemic. Let’s transform adversity together, bring it shape and cultivate meaning.”
